Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Food Lion. As a key member of our front end team, you will be responsible for providing fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on the requirements of the job, location, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience
  • Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible
  • Avoid personal conversations with other associates when customers are present

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
