Senior Construction Superintendent Position

Senior Construction Superintendent Role:
At PrideStaff, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Superintendent to oversee large commercial construction projects in Central Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of constructibility and a passion for building in one of the fastest growing communities in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily work on all trades, schedule work, and problem solve on site
- Train subs and internal employees to ensure highest quality of work
- Maintain safety, quality control, and enforce job clean-ups
- Assist in successfully closing out a project in a timely, efficient manner
Requirements:
- 15+ years in the construction space with demonstrated growth from a carpenter into a successful superintendent
- BS in CEM or similar preferred
- Excellent hands on knowledge of building code and best-practices for foundations, framing, MEP & HVAC, building envelopes, roofing, and finishes
- Experience creating and managing schedules using modern technology
