- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and lease existing properties.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential properties.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work with residents, vendors, and corporate staff.
- Software: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as property management software such as Yardi or Nexus.
