Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of residential properties, including leasing, property maintenance, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful operation of the properties.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to resident concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and lease existing properties.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential properties.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work with residents, vendors, and corporate staff.
