About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Sales Representative to join our team at HOTWORX Omaha, NE. As a Fitness Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HOTWORX memberships, packages, and retail products to potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers as they enter the studio, provide assistance, and answer any inquiries they may have.
  • Actively contribute to our Social Media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and sell HOTWORX memberships, packages, and retail products to potential and existing customers through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate IR training programs based on their fitness goals, abilities, and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that the studio is presentable at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of HOTWORX products and services.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals, customer retention goals, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Conduct studio tours for potential customers, showcasing the benefits of HOTWORX training programs and facilities.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to build relationships, provide assistance, and encourage their fitness journey.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, inputting customer data, and processing transactions accurately.

Staffed Hours

  • Mon-Thurs: 11am-8pm
  • Friday: 9am-6pm
  • Saturday: 11am-4pm

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with customers and build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
