Job Overview

Forward March Inc. is collaborating with a prominent construction equipment rental company to accelerate Veterans and military spouses towards significant career opportunities in this industry.

The ideal candidate will be focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, utilizing their knowledge of the Trench Shoring industry to work collaboratively with other branch and sales team members to increase revenue and grow market shares.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase revenue and grow market shares.
  • Collaborate with other branch and sales team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Trench Shoring industry to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience in the Trench Shoring industry is highly preferred.
  • High quality control and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
