As a Hardware Engineer Principal, you will be responsible for leading our team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge hardware solutions for our customers. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of hardware solutions for our customers
  • Collaborate with our systems engineering team to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Work closely with our project management team to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our hardware solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our engineering team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with hardware design and development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
