As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store is a hub for environmental activism, sport, and positive vibes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and inspiring store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and execute visual displays and customer communications.
  • Partner with the Store General Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for environmental activism and commitment to Patagonia's mission.
