Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At KWIK FILL, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store activities to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training and development of store personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the cash register and other point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Enforce security and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior retail or convenience store experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of two nights per week and three weekends per month. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
