Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Nursing Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer is responsible for directing nursing practices and overseeing hospital operations to ensure alignment with the strategic vision. This role includes:
- Developing and implementing nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives while ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Ensuring the delivery of quality care through effective management of resources.
- Participating in the creation of hospital-wide patient care programs, policies, and procedures to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
- Implementing ongoing quality improvement programs to enhance care/services provided to patients.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of nursing experience, including five (5) years in a leadership role.
- Progressively responsible administrative experience in major healthcare institutions, preferably in acute care settings.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's degree in nursing or a related field (e.g., MSN/MBA/MHA).
Licensure:
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in the state of practice.
