We are seeking a skilled Expeditor to join our team at the Grand Geneva Resort. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests by expediting the preparation and presentation of menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Service Accents: Deliver exceptional service by providing Service Accents, such as SSA presentation, bread presentation, and dessert presentation, to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary and management teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, and personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking and bridging the service between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year or more of service assistance experience in a fine dining outlet.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
