Mental Health Specialist

Eastern Connecticut's leading provider for children, adolescents, and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for the Partial Hospitalization Program. This intensive group therapy program meets four hours a day, five days a week, and covers nine locations, treating approximately 3,200 children, adolescents, and adults each year.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care and lead group therapy sessions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Current licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
