As a participant in the Protégé Program, you will work under a top-producing mentor agent and have access to training and resources to ensure your future success. You will learn valuable tools and techniques to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Present insurance policy options to meet customers' needs
  • Make sales calls and generate new business
  • Upsell and cross-sell financial products
  • Meet business production objectives
  • Generate accurate insurance quotes
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Sell and provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
  • Document customer records

Qualifications:

  • Background check required
  • One year minimum sales experience preferred
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
