Human Resources Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Marriott International Inc, you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership team with HR-related issues. Your responsibilities will include assisting employees with internal and external transfer requests, monitoring and assisting managers with hiring processes, and coordinating applicant screenings and background checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining applicant flow logs, creating and maintaining new hire and personnel files, and ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. Additionally, you will support processing and maintenance of payroll records, inform HR management of employee relations issues, and create and maintain filing systems. You will also generate HR data reports as necessary and answer phone calls and record messages. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. At least 1 year of related work experience preferred. No supervisory experience required. The pay range for this position is $28.50 to $30.50 per hour and offers health care benefits, retirement benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
