About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Associate Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
