About the Role

The Shift Manager is a vital role within our restaurant, responsible for leading the team and ensuring seamless operations. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the experience: Overseeing crew schedules and ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Inspiring and empowering: Providing leadership and guidance to crew and managers to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Understanding teamwork: Supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
  • Taking action: Taking proactive measures to ensure safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Never stopping learning: Cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
  • Being results-oriented: Driving high performance from the team and striving for excellence
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Shift Manager who is passionate about helping and serving others, with a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. If you're a team player who can provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you
