Customer Support Associate

As a vital member of the Domino's Pizza team, you will be expected to meet essential performance standards while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or assist walk-in customers with a friendly and knowledgeable approach regarding our menu offerings.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Implement customer satisfaction steps effectively: 1) Apologize for any inconvenience 2) Fulfill customer requests 3) Provide an additional complimentary item.
- Ensure accurate ingredient counts for every order, particularly for pepperoni and ham.
- Follow proper procedures for pizza preparation, ensuring readiness before placing items in the oven.
- Maintain a minimum of $1 in coin change for every delivery.
- Communicate clearly with customers by stating, 'Let me get your change' for every order.
- Limit personal cash on hand to no more than $20 while on duty.
- Prohibit the possession of any weapons or pocket knives during work hours.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to delivery routing protocols, avoiding early check-ins.
- Practice proper hygiene by washing hands before handling food products.
- Follow established procedures for all food items.
- Complete Safe Delivery training as required.
- Confirm order details by repeating them back to customers for accuracy, including name and address verification.
