Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Client Service & Logistics Representative to join our team. This role involves providing technical sales support, product assistance, and logistical services to ensure client satisfaction and help achieve our sales goals. You will collaborate with various internal departments to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client requirements for proficiency testing and offer technical guidance in product selection.
  • Enroll clients in suitable proficiency testing studies and assist in troubleshooting any issues with results.
  • Maintain comprehensive client product profiles based on purchase history and proficiency testing participation.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests, processing orders and preparing necessary documentation for shipments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Environmental Proficiency Testing.
  • Background in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation: The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, with eligibility for bonus and incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
