About the Role

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics Service Line Markets Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Data and Analytics service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Industry Sales teams to grow accounts and position Data and Analytics services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics Presales / CoE teams to conceptualize industry-specific solutions and estimates.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the Data and Analytics footprint in specific industries and accounts.
  • Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin, and CSAT scores.
  • Drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Data and Analytics services in the Industry group.
  • Support and lead sales pursuits to shape deals and improve winnability.
  • Manage customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Internal evangelization of Data and Analytics services across LTIMindtree service lines and Industry teams.
  • External evangelization at Industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in business and technology consulting services, with a majority of experience and focus in Data and Analytics advisory and technology services.
  • Experience in Data and Analytics spanning across Data Engineering, Data Sciences, and Advanced Visualization and Business Analytics.
  • Prior experience in Pre-Sales: Estimation and Solutioning.
  • Personal ownership of order booking/revenue targets with an excellent track record.
  • Experience working with consultancy firms and digital-born organizations.
  • Strong sales experience built on solid technical and sales background.
  • Strong relationship-building experience with senior-level executives (CDOs, CMOs, Business, CIOs) spanning across business, marketing, and technology.
  • Understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry and experience addressing these issues with Data and Analytics solutions and industry trends.
  • Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the Data and Analytics ecosystem.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary: $230,000 per annum to $250,000 per annum.
  • Bonus dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder and the organization.
