About the Role: As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Farmers & Merchants Investment Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and implement regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with departments to identify and mitigate regulatory risk in lending operations.
- Develop and administer programs to ensure bank compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to Bank personnel on lending compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to lending.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 3 years compliance/audit experience required, including experience or knowledge of compliance and legal issues.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred.
