POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is essential for ensuring that our products meet the specified standards required by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspections on incoming materials, ongoing processes, and final products
  • Gathering and preserving certifications and Certificates of Compliance from suppliers
  • Documenting non-conformities for items provided by vendors
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing, word processing, and email correspondence
  • Undertaking additional duties as directed by management

PRIMARY CONTACTS WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE ORGANIZATION

This position collaborates with Supervisors, the Quality Manager, Engineers, Project Managers, and other personnel as necessary. It also involves communication with clients regarding any issues or concerns that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong organizational and efficiency skills
  • Proficient analytical abilities
  • Accurate measurement techniques for metrology
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Capability to manage multiple and evolving responsibilities

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred two-year degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of inspection experience, including familiarity with standard precision measuring tools and techniques
  • At least 1 year of experience in fixture design and fabrication

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT UTILIZED
Personal Computer, Fax Machine, Telephone, Copier, Measurement Instruments.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position operates primarily in an office environment, with frequent inspections conducted in the manufacturing area.
