Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Stonebridge Companies. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to meet hotel standards and quality expectations
  • Operate a station in an efficient and safe manner
  • Practice serve-safe methods in food preparation, cooking, holding, and storing
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet guest needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Safe Serve/Food Handler's Card certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

The work environment will be a kitchen environment with varying temperatures, exposure to cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
