Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping, dusting, and cleaning of floors, walls, and surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling bins
- Restocking supplies and materials
- Performing routine maintenance tasks as assigned
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
