Electrical Maintenance Specialist

At SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in electrical maintenance and new electrical construction, primarily in commercial applications. You will be responsible for performing installation of all wiring to code, troubleshooting systems ranging from 24 to 600 volts AC, and adhering to all established safety and environmental regulations.
As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify and resolve electrical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly. You will also be responsible for using computer systems to open and close work orders, and for adhering to established safety and environmental regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and any state or local electrical code, as well as a thorough understanding of motor starters, lighting systems, ballast, HPS, metal halide, and neon. You will also need to be proficient in reading single line diagrams and schematic, and have strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of electrical projects, including the installation of new lighting and receptacle circuitry in existing structures, and the repair of general lighting and power circuits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of electrical equipment, including commercial electrical appliances used in food preparation.
