We are seeking an Inbound Expert to join our team at Target. As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, observing to quickly understand their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
  2. Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
  3. Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
  4. Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
  5. Thank the guest in a genuine way and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
