POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Guest Experience Expert transcends the traditional tasks of check-in and check-out. Our mission is to craft an experience that is both memorable and distinctive.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will proactively provide a variety of services that enhance the guest's journey throughout their stay.

You will have the autonomy to navigate your environment and address needs as they arise.

From managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, completing necessary documentation, to sharing local attractions, the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.


Success in this role hinges on several key factors - fostering a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your appearance and communication remain professional.

Guest Experience Experts will be active and engaged (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will take a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance).

Excellence in these areas (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Experience Experts to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our organization consistently.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None


The compensation for this position ranges from $22.20 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.

Benefits may be subject to general eligibility criteria, waiting periods, contributions, and other requirements and conditions.
