  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and computerized systems.
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling. The work environment is indoor, climate-controlled, and requires the ability to work in a team-oriented setting.

Compensation
