Role Overview:
As a Financial Accountant, you will be accountable for the preparation of monthly management accounts while adhering to strict reporting timelines. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with SOX Controls.
  • Assisting in the formulation of annual departmental and corporate budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring financial reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, Germany, France, and Tunisia.
  • Documenting, monitoring, and implementing internal controls throughout the organization.
  • Supporting the Company’s Internal Audit (SOX Controls), External Audit requirements, and Tax/VAT audits.
  • Developing or modifying reports based on the needs and requests of business line management.
  • Managing the company's tax exposure in collaboration with country fiscal representatives, given sales in over 22 countries and associated VAT exposure.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified accountant with the following credentials:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and management skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, particularly in planning and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Capability to follow directions and work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Access.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP System or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
