  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Team Development: Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members, ensuring their proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards.
  • Performance Review: Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and offer direction.
  • Guest Experience: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring that customer complaints are resolved appropriately and that guests are completely satisfied.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of management experience related to full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Skills: Basic business math, accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills, strong team player, exceptional people developer, customer service pro, knowledge of POS register systems, solid communication skills.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
