Job Description
As an Environmental Services Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities. This includes supervising a team of housekeeping staff, coordinating work schedules and tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Establishing and maintaining high standards for cleaning and disinfection procedures.
  2. Supervising and coaching front-line staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality of work.
  3. Coordinating with hospital departments and administration to address any issues or concerns.
  4. Providing regular inspections and feedback to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintaining accurate records and reports on department performance and metrics.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
