Crothall Healthcare is seeking an experienced Biomedical Services Director to join our team. This role provides leadership for our comprehensive Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) service program, focusing on optimizing equipment uptime, program compliance, and ensuring safety/performance in a cost-conscious manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and managerial oversight to direct reports, maintaining optimum productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage the repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect complex clinical equipment, instrumentation, and systems.
  • Supervise and instruct biomedical equipment maintenance personnel in the safe use, application, testing, planned maintenance, and repair of all types of clinical equipment technologies and systems.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the growth, effectiveness, and financial performance of the client contract in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience servicing clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment and possess strong leadership skills. Certification(s) such as CHTM or CBET are preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
