Job Summary

We are seeking a Case Manager to provide supervision and support to our Direct Care staff, as well as coordinate services and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, people management, and working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support to Direct Care staff, including training and evaluation.
  • Coordinate services and ensure compliance with regulations, including Title 17.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits of client binders and office binders.
  • Collaborate with direct support staff and case managers to address any issues or concerns identified during audits.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of client home binders and office binders, ensuring that all required documentation is present and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent may be substituted with work experience.
  • 1 year of people management experience.
  • 1 year of experience in case management or 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with mental health challenges/intellectual disabilities.
  • Prior experience with general administrative tasks and documentation monitoring experience a plus.
