Role Responsibilities

The Supervisor of Case Management will manage a caseload of clients while also mentoring and training the staff responsible for their care. This position is pivotal in developing and executing tailored plans for the individuals we support, ensuring their goals are met and celebrating their achievements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing hands-on support to clients in their homes and communities.
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as documentation and compliance audits.
  • Maintaining a strong presence in the field, dedicating the majority of time to direct client interaction.

Work Schedule

This role is a salaried exempt position requiring on-call availability during weekdays and shared weekend on-call duties with the supervisory team.

Compensation

The starting pay for this position is $31 per hour, transitioning to an annual salary of $64,480 after the training period, along with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

Fluency in American Sign Language is essential, as this role involves direct communication with clients who are deaf or hard of hearing. Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working with the I/DD population.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
