We are seeking a Computer Support Analyst to join our team. This role requires a presence on-site during weekdays. The selected candidate will be tasked with:
- Establishing and maintaining a professional rapport with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills consistently.
- Effectively utilizing customer Help Desk tracking and ticketing systems.
- Working both independently and collaboratively to research data and develop analytical methodologies.
- Conducting the installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral devices, and software.
- Providing fundamental technical support by addressing and resolving end-user issues related to software applications.
- Assisting users with access and setup of communication tools on designated workstations.
- Acting as a liaison for customer technical inquiries, gathering necessary information for order requirements, and aiding clients in selecting appropriate devices.
- Preparing and submitting requests for equipment moves, changes, and software reassignments.
- Updating user profiles and creating various services for task orders, while liaising with help desk representatives to resolve user issues.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new users, including equipment setup and providing necessary training.
- Documenting internal processes and maintaining local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Managing the tracking and processing of outdated equipment in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Being capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in administrative support within a Cybersecurity or Information Technology environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential.
Security Clearance
An active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory for this position. Candidates may undergo a security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
