Job Title: Director of Business Development for Data Centers

At Baltimore Aircoil, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development for Data Centers to lead our business development efforts in the Americas region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Job Summary:

The Director of Business Development for Data Centers will be responsible for driving profitable growth of our Data Center, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture businesses in existing, adjacent, and developing markets. This will involve building and leading a dedicated team of sales and technical experts, establishing key accounts and global account strategies, and developing effective marketing materials and selling tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive profitable growth of BAC's Data Center, Hydrogen, and Carbon Capture businesses in existing, adjacent, and developing markets.
  • Build and lead a dedicated team of sales and technical experts focused on these markets.
  • Establish key accounts and global account strategies to increase market share.
  • Develop effective marketing materials and selling tools to support business growth.
  • Present as a subject matter expert at industry events and seminars.
  • Build strategic business partnerships and alliances to enhance BAC's position in these markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, with MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen markets, incentives, and policies in the US and Latin America markets.
  • Knowledge of data centers, hydrogen, and carbon capture facility design, engineering, and operations.
  • Ability to express technical and non-technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in global matrix organizations.
