Help Desk Lead/Manager

Elan Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Help Desk Lead/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading our service desk team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service desk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of overall Desktop Support experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Expertise in troubleshooting networking issues, storage, server, cabling, Mac OS and Windows systems along with specific client applications
  • Strong attention to detail, along with organizational and time management skills
