Utilize various research tools and platforms to gather data that supports the sales team.
Engage with new customers post-purchase to gather feedback and encourage online reviews.
2. Customer Care:
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Support the sales team with order placements, refunds, exchanges, and collections while maintaining confidentiality.
3. Building Relationships:
Enhance customer loyalty by consistently delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term relationships.
Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent customer interactions.
4. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
