  • Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and approval in the computer system.
  • Maintain all Accounts Payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate files.
  • Coordinate payment requests and ensure proper coding for correct accounts.
  • Administer Concur expense reporting process.
  • Assist in monthly closings and prepare analysis of accounts as required.
  • Research vendor statements and discrepancies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life and AD&D coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 6%.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage Accounts Payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate files.
  • Coordinate payment requests and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Administer Concur expense reporting process and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in monthly closings and provide analysis of accounts.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, possess a high school education and an Associate's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance is a plus.
