","Responsibilities": "Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client’s needs and specifications through client meetings
  • Conduct site visits at off-premise reception venues and clients’ homes
  • Conduct table design consultations based on client’s inspiration
  • Creating banquet event orders and diagrams
  • Interact with wedding planners to fine-tune event details
  • Interact with all in-house departments and outside vendors
  • Assist the Director of Sales and the department with projects and research
","Requirements": "Requirements:
  • Previous event design or coordinating experience
  • Basic clerical skills, including typing and business letter formatting
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in design and color
  • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to work well under stressful situations
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
