Administrative Coordinator with Bilingual Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our team at Acento Real Estate Partners. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support in various aspects of office operations.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm). This includes screening and directing phone calls, maintaining the telecommunication system, and greeting and directing visitors. You will also handle mail and packages, coordinate meetings, manage conference room schedules, supervise kitchen cleanliness, and order office supplies as needed.
In addition, you will act as a point of contact for building maintenance and equipment service providers, set up work areas for new employees, maintain telephone extensions, and assist in resolving IT issues. You will also play a key role in coordinating company events such as the Summer Outing, Holiday Party, and other special occasions.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Receptionist
- A robust work ethic and schedule flexibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, scheduling, and calendaring
- Skills in event planning
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in customer service principles and processes
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
