The Facilities Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest requests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, handle guest complaints and issues, and ensure that all front desk operations are running smoothly.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, using hands and fingers to operate a computer, and occasional sitting for paperwork. Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 4-5 hours at a time.
