Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Contact Center Professional with Sales Focus. This role will involve handling inbound and outbound contacts, resolving customer issues, and selling new products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Sales: Sell new products and services to customers, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Troubleshooting: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
