We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support and execute our people initiatives. In this role, you will work with leadership to provide internal HR support, while helping to improve HR processes.
Candidates for this role should be charismatic public speakers, friendly, creative, highly reliable, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience in call center operations or client services is preferred.
This is a full-time, local, on-site position and requires employees to report to work at one of our locations. We offer bonus opportunities, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation and holidays, and contests incentives.
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with team leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Owning programs that run across a broad spectrum of HR processes.
- Providing high-level administrative and professional support.
- Composing and editing correspondence and other documents.
- Preparing information and reports, collecting information to and researching issues.
- Understanding business goals and recommending effective HR strategies.
- Monitoring employee engagement with a hands-on approach that may include remote interactions.
- Adapting to the complex and rapidly changing work environment by responding to macro-economic environments and fiscal policies.
- Possessing passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
- Driving effective employee relations, retention, and reward programs.
- Managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
