Associate Director, Tax Proposal Ops

KPMG is a leading professional services firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to organizations across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Global Mobility Services practice within our Tax organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, working closely with tax proposal ops team leaders and service line/practice leadership.
  • Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for large client pursuits, providing strategic guidance on service line/practice-specific resources.
  • Engage in strategic proposals, directing the execution of the pursuit process, and managing the pursuit workplan.
  • Develop initial drafts of pursuit collateral, collaborating with teams to refine and tailor content.
  • Engage with partners in leadership roles, line partners, and firm leadership to ensure strategic alignment and support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of experience in proposal management, knowledge management, and/or marketing/writing/communications.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, journalism, or a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience leading Go-To-Market initiatives working with larger sized client pursuits.
  • Prior professional services experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
