Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Early To Rise, a vibrant brunch spot in San Francisco's Nopa neighborhood.
Job Summary:The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, effective leadership, and complete responsibility for our restaurant. This includes managing and leading with passion, drive, and awareness, as well as communicating effectively with all staff members and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead with passion, drive, and awareness, exuding positive energy and setting the pace for the restaurant staff.
- Communicate effectively with all staff members and demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing solutions and guidance to staff members and initiating teamwork.
- Ensure company policies are implemented and communicated to staff, and that the restaurant operates in compliance with labor laws, health, and safety guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
- Ensure the restaurant's facilities and equipment are in perfect working condition, and that all necessary maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
