Overview: The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for driving store performance and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. This role involves leading a team to achieve business objectives while upholding the brand's values of Accountability, Collaboration, Humility, and Passion. The Retail Operations Leader will create and execute strategic plans to enhance store operations and foster a collaborative environment.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the District Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement and Sales: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Implement financial strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach the team on the relationship between service excellence and business success. Ensure effective communication and recognition within the team to enhance performance.

• Team Development: Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new associates. Continuously assess team performance and provide coaching and training to promote professional growth. Address associate relations issues and manage performance evaluations.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store's visual standards to align with the brand image. Analyze market trends and communicate relevant insights to the District Manager. Ensure compliance with established brand experience guidelines.

• Operational Management: Optimize resources to achieve financial goals. Lead by example in adhering to company policies and procedures. Utilize business partners to resolve operational challenges effectively. Educate the team on the importance of operational integrity in delivering exceptional customer service. Oversee daily store maintenance and inventory management.

• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move and stand for extended periods.

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Engage in various physical activities such as bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
