Job Summary:

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences at Roadside Veterinary Clinic. This dedicated team member will serve as the liaison between our staff and valued clients, providing warm welcomes, clear communication, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely updates
  • Coordinate treatment plans with technical teams and follow up with clients post-visit
  • Provide clear explanations of treatment plans and discharge instructions
  • Handle client checkouts and collect payments in the exam room
  • Conduct post-visit follow-ups to inquire about pet well-being and communicate diagnostic results
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; medical terminology knowledge a plus
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
