About the Role

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with Envision Physician Services, you will have the privilege of working with a collaborative and supportive team to provide exceptional care to infants and their families. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to infants in the NICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality within the NICU environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program or equivalent experience
  • Current RN licensure and NNP certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Level III NICU setting
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401(k) matching. Additionally, we offer a relocation bonus up to $10,000 and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
