Job Description:
This exciting opportunity is available for a Nurse Practitioner to work in our esteemed healthcare institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' physical and mental conditions through comprehensive examinations and medical histories.
- Ordering laboratory and diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine.
- Counseling patients about their health conditions, medication, nutrition, and health promotion.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient treatment plans and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited program.
- Less than 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Texas.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with compact privilege or Texas RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, tuition reimbursement, and PTO accrual beginning Day 1.
