This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Children's Health, where we strive to Make Life Better for Children. Our mission is to deliver an extraordinary patient and family experience, ensuring every moment contributes to their overall well-being.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement safe, timely, equitable, effective, patient-centered evidence-based care.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of job-related experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience in pediatrics or a related specialized area of nursing required.
- Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience in an Accredited Master's or Doctoral Degree program in the discipline of Nursing with preparation as a Clinical Nurse Specialist required.
- Current certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist by ANCC or AACN in the appropriate population focus area (maternal child, pediatric, or neonatal) required.
