Customer Service Representative Job Description

At Signature Aviation, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Assist with the processing of customer transactions, including fuel sales and other services.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our facilities, services, and surrounding areas to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our FBO.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid state license required where applicable.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and ability to use a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Three to six months experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of radio procedures and protocols.
